PCT Learning Center, ("PCTLC" "We", "Us") takes privacy seriously and we are transparent about the use of any information we may collect on any of PCTLC's sites including PCT Learning Center.org and our pctlearningcenter.thinkific.com course delivery platform (the "Site") now or in the future. This may include other plug-ins ("Applications") exchanging information with PCTLC. We implemented this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to keep your personal and financial information secure. This Privacy Policy, along with the Terms of Use at www.pctlearningcenter.org govern the use of the online services that PCTLC provides ("Online Services"). By using the PCTLC platforms you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

PLEASE REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SITE CAREFULLY. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO SUCH PRIVACY POLICY AND OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

What Information Do We Collect?

Traffic Data. PCTLC may collect visitor data such as IP addresses, browser settings, internet service provider (ISP) information, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and clickstream data (collectively "Visitor Data"). The PCTLC platform automatically recognizes Visitor Data. No Personally Identifiable Information is collected. The Site may use Visitor Data to compile traffic data about the types of visitors who use the Site at specific intervals (collectively "Traffic Data").

We may use Traffic Data to analyze Site traffic, but this information is not examined for Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use Traffic Data to diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, or display content according to your preferences. Visitor Data and Traffic Data may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, or advertisers on an aggregated and anonymous basis.

Cookies. PCTLC may use the cookie feature of major browser applications and third-party providers, including Google Analytics features (Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting), or employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes, that allow PCTLC to store a small piece of data on a visitor's computer, or any other device a visitor uses to access Online Services, about his or her visit to the Site or use of Applications. PCTLC does not capture Personally Identifiable Information in cookies or use cookies to mine Personally Identifiable Information. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" directory. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such order forms, will be limited.

Personal Information. PCTLC requires each customer to provide us with personal information (collectively "Personally Identifiable Information") to access and use PCTLC products and services. Personally Identifiable Information is captured only when a visitor accesses Online Services, or speaks on the phone with a PCTLC employee, and willingly discloses that information. This disclosure may occur when a visitor registers with an Online Service, engages in transactions, contacts customer service, or participates in contests, promotions, surveys, forums, content submissions, requests for suggestions, or other aspects of services offered by PCTLC.

Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i) "Contact Data" (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) "Financial Data" (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information); (iii) "Demographic Data" (such as your zip code and sex); and (iv) other "Legal Data" (such as your social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, marital information, trade secrets, inventions, and idea submissions and other sensitive information necessary to generate legal documents).

Calls/Electronic Communications. In the regular course of our business, PCTLC may monitor and record phone conversations or email communications between you and PCTLC employees for training and quality assurance purposes. We may receive a confirmation when you open or click on content in an email from us, which helps us make our communications to you more useful and interesting. If you do not wish to receive email from PCTLC, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list on any of the emails we send.

Aggregate and Anonymous Data: Aggregate and anonymous data are information collected automatically through the operation of the Site (“AA Data”). We may collect site usage data (such as which Site pages you visit and in what sequence) through the use of various technologies. For example, we collect IP addresses from individuals who visit the Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer or device whenever you are surfing the Web. Web servers, the computers that "serve up" Web pages, automatically identify your computer or device by its IP address, and when you request a page from a website, the servers log your IP address. We do not link IP addresses to any Personal Data so, although your session will be logged, you will remain anonymous to us and the Site. We may also collect password information from you when you log in, as well as computer and connection information such as browser type or version. During some visits, we may use software tools, such as Javascript, to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, time spent on certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Social Media: The Site may include social media components. These components may collect your IP address, which pages you visit on the Site, and may set a cookie to enable the component to function properly. Social media components are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Site. Your interactions with these components are governed by the Privacy Policy of the company providing it.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

We use information we collect from the Online Services to communicate with you, process your orders, facilitate your transactions with our third-party marketing partners, and inform you of offers and discounts. For example, you may receive a welcome email that confirms your username and password, and later receive communications responding to your inquiries, providing services you request, and managing your account. We occasionally send service-related announcements, for example, to alert you if we need to temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance.

We use your Personally Identifiable Information for processing requests, determining the appropriate information to provide to you, responding to your requests, preventing fraud, complying with regulatory requirements, and sharing with you related products and services offered by PCTLC.

PCTLC, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf such as hosting specific portions of the Site, maintaining databases, administering contests, providing wireless services, mailing information, processing payments, verifying information you provide, and evaluating credit worthiness. When we employ a third party to perform these functions, that third party will only be provided with the particular Personally Identifiable Information it needs to perform its function, and is required to protect the Personally Identifiable Information. We may also share Personally Identifiable Information with pre-screened third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.  PCTLC, like many other businesses, sometimes may consider and may enter into one or more partnerships, joint ventures or other business relationship with one or more third parties and, in the course of considering or establishing same, without notice to You may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information in furtherance thereof.

If PCTLC sells all or part of this Site or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, we may, in our sole discretion, transfer, sell or assign your Personally Identifiable Information to a third party as part of or in connection with that transaction. Upon such transfer, the Privacy Policy of the acquiring entity may govern the further use of your Personal Data.

Opting Out. We send promotional emails and newsletters from time to time to users who have registered on the site and to those who have opted in to receive such emails. Generally, you may not opt-out of service-related or transactional communications, which are not promotional. If you do not wish to receive service-related communications, you may terminate your account by contacting PCTLC at [email protected].

You may choose not to provide PCTLC with Personally Identifiable Information or you may turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings. If you make these decisions, you may continue to use the Online Services and browse its pages. However, PCTLC cannot process orders without Personally Identifiable Information.

We share customer information with third parties as follows:

Order Processing. PCTLC, sometimes with the assistance of a third party or PCTLC subsidiary, may use your Personally Identifiable Information to process your payment through merchant account services, and to generate the products and services you order. Your Contact Data may be used to follow up with you on transactions you initiate through Online Services, respond to inquiries made through Online Services, inform you of changes to Online Services, and send you additional information about PCTLC and its products and services.

Required by Law. We may also disclose your personal information: as required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request.

Visitor Demographics. Contact Data and Traffic Data are used to gather general statistics about our customers and visitors. We may use Demographic Data to generate collective information about our users, but not in a way that identifies any user specifically. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users and unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

Partner and Affiliate Tracking. Our partners and affiliates, including Google Analytics (Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and Google Analytics and Interest Reporting), may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. You should use caution when deciding whether to disclose your personal information in these areas of the site.
